Terms of service.

Resett is a subscription SaaS that helps individuals and engineering teams match work to their cognitive capacity. It connects to Google Calendar (with your explicit consent), places focus and break blocks against free space, and surfaces a citation-backed diagnostic of how your week is spent. Manager surfaces are aggregate-only and gated by a cohort floor of five.

You must be at least 16 to use Resett. You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for any activity under your account. If you sign in via Google, the Google account's email must match the email you registered with — we reject mismatched OAuth identities.

• Plans & pricing. Resett is offered on five tiers (Free, Solo, Team, Brain OS, Enterprise) with monthly or annual cadence. Per-seat prices, seat minimums, and the optional ROI Guarantee add-on are listed at resett.dev/#pricing. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies to your next renewal.
• Free trial. Paid tiers include a 30-day team-wide free trial. No card is charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends with no obligation.
• Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. Charges occur on the day you convert from trial (or sign up outside the trial) and recur monthly or annually depending on the cadence you select.
• Cancellation. Cancel at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal linked in your in-app billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time on monthly plans. Annual plans are non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period required by EU consumer law.
• ROI Guarantee. If you purchase the ROI Guarantee add-on and reclaimed dollars (per Resett's calibration ledger) don't reach 2× your seat cost by month 3, we refund the difference for that period on written request to billing@resett.dev. Refunds are handled manually until the automation lands.
• Taxes. Prices exclude VAT/GST/sales tax, which we collect where required by law.

You agree not to: (a) scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code; (b) probe, scan, or test our infrastructure for vulnerabilities except via our coordinated disclosure process; (c) resell or sublicense access without our written permission; (d) use Resett to surveil individual workers in violation of applicable employment law; (e) use Resett to circumvent any aggregation, cohort-floor, or consent control that protects user data. Violations may result in immediate suspension.

Our handling of personal data — including Google API user data — is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Specifically:

• We adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The verbatim disclosure is at /privacy#limited-use-disclosure.
• You can revoke Resett's access to Google Calendar at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions or by disconnecting Google from your Resett settings.
• You retain ownership of the data you provide. Resett receives only the rights necessary to operate the service for you.

We aim for high availability but do not commit to a specific uptime SLA on Free, Solo, Team, or Brain OS plans. Enterprise contracts include an SLA negotiated separately. Scheduled maintenance is announced where practical; emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

Every Resett recommendation carries a peer-reviewed citation and an evidence grade. Recommendations are advisory inputs to your judgment, not medical, psychological, or clinical advice. The burnout-proxy trajectory is a stressor-load signal derived from calendar and (opt-in) Slack metadata; it is not a clinical burnout diagnosis. If you're concerned about your health, consult a qualified professional.

Resett owns the software, brand, and content we publish under our domain. You may use Resett only as these terms permit. We grant you no rights in our trademarks. You may cite Resett by name in writing about your own use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Resett harmless from any third-party claim arising from your use of the service in violation of these terms or applicable law, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

You may stop using Resett at any time and may delete your account from /app/settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that pose a security risk, or that we're required to terminate by law. On termination, we delete user-owned rows on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the competent courts of Vilnius, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise — in that case, consumers may bring claims in the courts of their habitual residence. Nothing in these terms affects mandatory rights you have under your local consumer-protection regime.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance to the workspace admin email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
