What we shipped

Changelog.

Linear-style: each release names the change, names the file or endpoint, and cites the paper when the change introduces a new claim. We don't ship copy that doesn't have a citation behind it.

  1. v0.10

Reschedule reaches more of your calendar

Move eligibility loosened: a meeting with a Google Meet link is now movable (a time-only reschedule keeps the join link intact), tentative meetings are movable, and the internal-attendee cap was raised. Recurring series, external guests, and events you don't own still stay put. Plus a new interactive walkthrough at /how-it-works.

  2. v0.9

Billing live · Pulse / Flow / Peak

Stripe checkout and seat licensing shipped for the three-tier catalog, with a monthly/annual cadence toggle and a per-seat selector. During the launch beta, paid tiers are also redeemable by code at /redeem — no card required.

  3. v0.8

Pricing rework → Pulse / Flow / Peak

Collapsed to three self-segmenting tiers — Pulse (free diagnostic), Flow (the IC's cognitive OS), and Peak (team + Brain OS, with the ROI Guarantee folded in). Every price reads from a single catalog so the marketing page and checkout can't drift.

  4. v0.7

    Most-expensive recurring meeting

The Cognitive Calendar Report now leads with the recurring meeting series that has burned the most attendee-minutes in the window, dollar-quantified at a configurable salary input (default $180k/year). Excludes 1:1s, single-instance series, cancelled instances, and declined-attendee entries. We surface the cost — the user decides whether to act.

  5. v0.6

    Accountable reschedule moves

User-approved move proposals ship per organization, gated by a rollout flag. Auto-apply stays gated behind 90 days of realized-vs-predicted accountability data per team, so we never act on your behalf without a track record.

  6. v0.5

Slack metadata ingest + full data-rights endpoints

Optional Slack integration for after-hours and weekend signals. Counts and timestamps only — message bodies are dropped at the ingest edge. Full data export and one-click account deletion now ship at /app/settings, with multi-table purge including every Slack row.

  7. v0.4

Deterministic scheduling engine — locked plan IDs

Same inputs produce the same plan, every time. Seven golden-input hashes are now pinned in CI; any future engine change that drifts them fails the build. This is the load-bearing invariant the apply, undo, and autoplan paths all depend on.

  8. v0.3

    Predicted-vs-realized accountability for every move

Every move proposal carries a predicted gain in concrete minutes. After a move is applied, a nightly worker computes the realized gain from the next 7 days of calendar state. The median delta is published — the public proof that the rigor positioning isn't theatre.
